EXPERIENCIA: Five things lead to this becoming a real deal. 1. Diego Lopez was giving music lessons to a friend’s child. They put on a show at a bar in Gracia. Sylvan, my son's friend, played the beautiful and melancholy jazz standard "Nature Boy" on piano. He was backed up by Diego on guitar and a great subtle drummer. Sylvan who is white and Irish and at that time was 11 years old played the tune like he was a 57 year old black man who had tasted a whole lot of hard life. It was so moving. WTF! I was flabbergasted....

EXPERIENCIA: Tot va passar arran d'una necessitat que suposo hem compa(r)tit; un dilema existencial anual que fa parar boig a qualsevol: què dimonis regalo a la meva parella? No sé vosaltres, però a mi m'agrada currar-m’ho... Buscar i rebuscar fins trobar allò únic, diferent i original que farà sentir especial a l'altre. Doncs bé, em trobava en aquest conflicte, quan casualment me’n vaig assabentar d'un nou espectacle a Barcelona tot escoltant una conversa mentre anava en metro. Una parella parlava...
