Ingredients170g de festucs crus (70g + 100g)300g de cireres ben madures100g de sucre (50g + 50g)2 cullerades de sucre morè + 2 cullerades de sucre blanc2 ous + 3 rovells250g de nata líquida10g de farina1 cullerada d’aigua de roses (opcional) PreparacióEn un cassó poseu aigua a bullir, un cop bulli poseu-hi els festucs durant uns 30 segons per blanquejar-los. Retirar del foc, escorre’ls amb aigua freda i pelar i assecar els festucs. Reservar. Netejar i desossar...
