It all happened in the blink of an eye. Summer is here and with it comes the blossoming of trees and life is once again pulsating in the city of Barcelona. The continuous talk of the hot weather, the future trips to the beach, and the promises of passionate summer love, is all I hear about when taking my daily trips to work.

While enjoying this change of weather and pace, I dwelled upon some warm winter days.

We took a walk together. No questions asked and nothing demanded. With a wordless consent, everything was given and nothing was taken.

It was cold; the days were grey and somewhat murky. Nevertheless, being the dreamer that I am, and inspired by the blooming happiness around me, it will remain in my heart as this: long summer dawns, even longer sunsets, endless sunburned kisses, and infinite caresses.
